These terms are an agreement between you and Offerloom, a sole proprietorship of [owner's full legal name] in Ontario, Canada ("Offerloom", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Offerloom does

Offerloom finds job postings that match your search, scores how well they fit your resume, drafts tailored resumes, cover letters and outreach emails, and, with your approval, fills in and submits applications on supported employer application systems. For other sites, Offerloom prepares your documents and you complete the application yourself.

2. You are the applicant

• You are the applicant for every application made through Offerloom, and you are responsible for its content.
• You must review every tailored resume and cover letter before approving it. Approving a document confirms that it is accurate and truthfully represents your experience.
• You authorize Offerloom to submit an application on your behalf only when you approve it and confirm submission in the app. You may withdraw that authorization at any time before submission.
• Offerloom is designed not to invent experience, employers, dates, qualifications or metrics, but AI can make mistakes. You must correct anything inaccurate before approving.
• You must give true answers about your work authorization, sponsorship needs and other eligibility questions.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or that any employer will receive, read or respond to an application. Fit scores are estimates. Job postings come from third parties and may be inaccurate, expired or withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Offerloom to apply for jobs on behalf of anyone other than yourself.
• Submit false, misleading or plagiarized information.
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe or bypass our security, or interfere with the service.
• Use Offerloom in a way that breaks the terms of any job board or employer system.
• Resell or share your account.

We may limit the number of applications per day to protect you, employers and the service.

5. Third-party sites

Offerloom interacts with third-party job boards and employer application systems that we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We may stop supporting any third-party site at any time. Offerloom does not automate LinkedIn, Indeed or other job boards that prohibit automated applications.

6. Your content

You own your resume, profile and the documents generated for you. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. [Lawyer to confirm currency and tax disclosure for Canadian consumers.]
• Plans include a monthly allowance of units. One unit covers one tailored resume and its application; a cover letter uses half a unit and an application handled by the AI apply assistant uses one more. Unused units do not carry over. The allowance resets monthly, including on annual plans.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month, or each year on annual plans (billed upfront at 20% off), until cancelled. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, used after your plan's units, and expire 12 months after purchase. [Lawyer to confirm expiry is permitted.]
• Application email: your Offerloom application address keeps working, including after you cancel, until you delete your account or ask for a new address. Reply drafts are suggestions; you decide what to send and you send it yourself. Replies from your application address may only go to people who emailed it about your job search; no bulk, unsolicited or misleading mail.
• Resume builder: your first build or rewrite is free, then each uses 1 unit (given back if it fails). You are responsible for checking the result and filling in anything marked in square brackets before you use it.
• Free trial: 7 days with 5 units, no card required. The trial does not convert to a paid plan on its own. [Confirm.]
• Refunds: [policy].
• We will give you at least [30] days' notice of a price change.

8. Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users, employers or the service at risk. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. [Dispute resolution clause to be confirmed; consumer rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act are not waived.]

12. Changes to these terms

We will notify you at least [30] days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Offerloom after that date means you accept the changes.
